Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a famous American actor. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat pack of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. Her performance of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American actor and author. She started her film career early in the 1980s with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. She appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1985 which was a comedic drama following her initial fame. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the top high school film of all-time. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed 50 million dollars. When she was working on this her first appearance on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. It was a program for teenagers that started airing in April of 1980. The other shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister, a film featuring a superhero where Sheedy is a small cameo. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 for her work. She was also awarded by the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
