Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He is an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online publications as well as a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
